Remove Metropolitan Police Virus from Android Phone

My android phone is blocked by a police picture indicating I have to pay the fine if I want to unlock it or they will take legal action against me. I use Google to search it and make sure that it is just a scam virus. Thank God I wasn’t fooled by it. But I can’t figure out a way to delete the virus and get my phone to work as usual. Could anyone help me out of the problem? I will be so grateful if any suggestion is offered.

Remove ICSPA Virus From Android Phone/Tablet in 2016

From last few days, I found out my mobile phone has a problem, my android phone is locked by ICSPA virus thing. A message “ATTENTION! Your phone has been locked and all data is encrypted!” keeps showing up on the screen. I don’t do anything wrong and why it locks my screen blocking me from doing anything, and it says i own $300, my phone says $500. Is it the same? What happens if nothing is done? Clicked on a link that redirected me to a site In which i was immediately hit with a pop up from the “ICSPA” Giving me a warning, with my home city and latitude and longitude location. Claims i was viewing child porn and all my phones content will be deleted within 24 hours video and audio recording is in progress and i owe $500 through GreenDot Prepaid card or paypal. I’m totally locked out of browser and i assume my information is wide open to cyber criminals. What can you do to help me out? Is there any way to help me out of the trouble without paying fine requested by the police?

Adware.DealPly Removal Help

Hi there. I have a problem on my computer. Whenever I browse online, it comes up a message from Norton product saying that it detects Adware.DealPly on my computer. I was surfing the internet when a new update popped up and said i needed to install to use my internet. Then I my phone went weird and showed this Mandiant U.S.A. Cyber Security Virus thing. What do I do? On my cell phone the screen says the Mandiant U.S.A. Cyber Security has locked my browser and recorded everything on it.
