I have Master.exe fake crash screen when I login my computer. It says vital error occurs to my system. It wants to help by saying “Call this number 1-844-208-3526”. Should I trust it? Is this tech support legit? I am confused. I need help to fix my computer right now. Can you help me? Any assistance will be appreciated.

I was listening to music on my iphone and then an ad appeared. When I tried to get out of the ad, it took me to a porn site and then an nsa.gov popup came up and said I had been caught watching rape and child porn even though I wasn’t! I’m scared to death. It said I had to pay $500 or go to jail in the next 24 hours because I have violated the law of the United States of America. On the NSA.GOV pop-up it told me the ways to pay the fine, also had a screenshot of my face, knew my location and said that if i didn’t pay they would contact my family and friends and erase my data. The warning stated that I will be fined for $200,000 if not payed I will be arrested for 4-5 years in jail or prison. It looks real because it had National Security Agency logo on it. I do not have the money. I panicked and kept hitting cancel but the pop up still won’t go away. Was this real or a scam? I am really quite scared about all of this since it doesn’t look like other fbi scams? What do I do to get it off my iPhone?

I have something called “Hoopla Search” that hijacks my homepage. Every time I open Chrome, it takes me to nt.hooplasearch.com automatically where gives me various pop-up ads. The site looks like Google but they are different because when I enter a key word to look up something, many sponsored links are shown on the top search results. I have tried resetting Chrome, also uninstalled Chrome. then reinstalled, didn’t help. Scanned with malwarebytes, nothing showed. I searched on internet, found many people had same problem. I downloaded a lot of tools that claim to help but the page was still there. It’s very annoying. How do i get rid of it from my PC completely?

Hi, there. Early this morning, as soon as I booted my MacBook to browse the Internet, I got a message stating that I have to pay for a fine of $500 to unblock my Google Chrome. The message said that it was sent by ICSPA. Was that true? I was being told that the message was fake, which was sent by the ICSPA virus. Nt.searchadventure.net appears on my Mozilla Firefox recently. Someone made it as my homepage and my favorite one is gone. When I try to change it back, Nt.searchadventure.net replaces it again and again. Therefore, I give up. But still, there are some things that I can’t stand any more. It redirects me to Nt.searchadventure.net and other various ad websites all the time. When I am reading news on the Internet, endless ads pop up blocking the contents and I have to close them one by one. I wasted lots of time on those annoying things. Hi there. I found my Firefox browser has been hijacked for some unknown reasons and then whenever I opened Firefox, instead of showing me Google homepage, it took me to another site Search.searchffn.com. My internet browsing also has been interrupted quite frequently by numerous types of pop up ads. I checked my browser settings, options and they seem to have no problem at all. I checked my extensions and nothing suspicious was listed there. I also checked my installed programs in control panel and the bad application was not listed there either. I reinstalled Firefox and thought it will work, but the problem was still not fixed. I’m at a loss. How do I get rid of a hijacker like this?

Hi, there. This morning, I found that my computer didn’t work well as before any more. I got stuck at my desktop and couldn’t move on sometimes. I didn’t know why. Norton reported me that my computer got a virus named Trojan.Wortrik. The big problem is that there is no antivirus which can’t remove this Trojan completely. Hi there. I think I have a browser hijacking problem on my web browser. Whenever I run Firefox, it pops up Search.timkiemvn.com rather than www.google.com which should be my default homepage. I’m not sure how it gets into my computer. When I go to browser settings and try to change the homepage, it doesn’t do anything. I am still getting redirected to this unwanted page again and again. I have tried Malwarebytes, and it did detect some PUPs. However, after removing them and restarting my computer the problem is still not fixed. I do not what to do now. Is there a way I can remove the annoying hijacker thing completely?

Hi, I was redirected to visit an unfamiliar website named BrightBrowse.com without any attention. This website was known as a malicious browser redirect virus when I did a research on Google. Google suggested remove this virus as soon as quickly. I wanted to do that as well. But until now, I still can’t find a way to remove this virus completely. Hi there. Earlier today I clicked on a link and then I got a message saying that my phone has been locked for viewing child pornography contents and violating copyright and related right laws so I need to pay £100 via Paysafecard or Ukash to unlock my phone. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 by the way. Now my phone had been completely locked and I couldn’t do anything about it and I was incredibly scared quite frankly. I tried to exit the blocked page but it didn’t give me any chance to get into settings even after restart. The message had my IP address, city and my picture. It said if I don’t pay, I will be fined or sent to jail. I searched online and found many people had the same problem before. I didn’t do anything wrong though. Is it actually a scam? How do I unlock my phone without paying £100?
