Hello. Is anyone there? I have problem in removing Megabackup program from my PC. When doing a regular search this morning, I clicked on an image which looks interesting. Then, it had several pop ups changing my browser preference and opening up ads to buy home furniture online and other similar things. Everything happened so fast before I could react. I changed all my preferences back as well as deleting the cookies and relevant history. But, MegaBackup showed up on my Launchpad. I don’t think I installed it before. I don’t know how to get rid of it. Please help me out. Thanks.

Hey, there? My browser is working weird. Serval days ago, everything was good. It was from yesterday, I found this problem. I can’t use other search engines except the one on the Mandami.ru page. And my homepage and new tab URL has all changed. Every time I want to go to my homepage by clicking the button in the tool bar or open a new tab, it directs me to the Mandami.ru or relevant things. Hey, there. I am sure that my computer gets infected by a browser hijacker virus. Hello. I got stuck on my Microsoft Edge with a warning. It says, “Windows has been blocked due to suspicious activity.” I don’t think I have done anything wrong with the computer. Why does it say about suspicious activities? Does that mean my computer has been hacked? Though it provides a free toll number of a tech support, I hesitated as I don’t know much about computer. Error Code: rundll32.exe” which seemed my computer was getting into a great trouble. Also, it provided a free toll for me to call: +1-844-986-6363. Shall I call that number to fix the Error Code: rundll32.exe warning? Will that help? What should I do? I am so scared! Please help!

I’m trying to update the iOS. The update needs more storage and I’ve deleted almost everything from my iPad to increase the storage. Hi there. Please bear with me as I’m not computer literate. My problem is, I was surfing the safari on my mobile phone iPhone 6 and I unfortunately clicked on something regarding bdsm in interest but not knowing what it was. Then, I was sent a message on safari saying it was data/police introducing something called blyke and they wanted £100 to be paid to them using a paysafecard from any news agent or outlet! They threatened to delete my browser if I didn’t pay them of which they have deleted this! I’m so frustrated. What can I do as I feel terrible & I haven’t done anything! Please help me out.
