BKDR_TENPEQ.SM Virus Removal

My antivirus program detects a virus named BKDR_TENPEQ.SM but can not remove it. I get this virus when I open a spam E-mail. How can I remove this virus completely? This thing makes me annoyed!

Description of BKDR_TENPEQ.SM Virus:

BKDR_TENPEQ.SM is a malicious process that can be very dangerous. This virus can be installed to your computer when you download and install some free programs from the Internet, the virus maker will plant it into the free programs, E-mail attachment or something else. Remove “Navigation to the webpage was canceled” Message

Help!! When I turned my laptop on and after putting in my password, I got a white screen, then it displayed a message saying “Navigation to the webpage was canceled.”  This message stayed up and didn’t allow me to do anything, even the cursor didn’t move. After a few minutes, the page changed to another message saying “This program cannot display the webpage.” What it that? Both messages didn’t give me any options to close it. I can turn off the laptop by holding the power button but when I try to use again the same thing happens. I have Windows 7. Any help will be appreciated.

Ici.resynccdn.net – How To Remove

How do I stop Ici.resynccdn.net from popping up all the time? When I attempt to go to my homepage on Firefox this websites comes up by opening a new window. The same thing is happening with a different site on my Chrome. I do not know how to get this from coming up and I am not sure of how to get rid of it completely.
