Remove Heur:Exploit.Java.CVE-2013-1493 Virus

Kaspersky keeps detecting Heur:Exploit.Java.CVE-2013-1493 Virus but it doesn’t allow me to remove it. Even after clearing my java cache this still comes up. Kaspersky just offers two options, to ignore it or to delete the archive of it being found. No fix. I tried to run other security tools but it doesn’t detect this Trojan. What should I do now?

Heur:Exploit.Java.CVE-2013-1493 Virus Description:

Heur:Exploit.Java.CVE-2013-1493 Virus is a horrible trojan detected by Kaspersky antivirus that has already managed to infect thousands of Windows users all around the world. It can infiltrate the target computer via security vulnerabilities found and then silently run in the computer system. 2. Open Registry entries. Find out the malicious files and entries related to Heur:Exploit.Java.CVE-2013-1493 Virus and then delete all.
