How to Remove Search.searchhdrp.com Hijacker Manually?

My homepage has been hijacked to this Search.searchhdrp.com with a new tab search page. Along with this: (1) my PC slowed down; (2) when i go to Internet Options to change it, the Home Page part has grayed out; (3) when i try to open REGEDIT, i only got this message, “Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator”; (4) once in a while, another IE browser is loading even if i’m not opening another browser. I have already scanned it using McAfee but there was no virus detected. What can I do now? Please help!!! Thanks in advance.

Search.searchhdrp.com Description:

Search.searchhdrp.com is defined as an unwanted search engine similarly to Search.searchffn.com which normally comes bundled with third-party application and freeware. It owns the characteristics of a browser hijacker or redirecting malware that can take control of web browser (including Safari, IE, FireFox, Chrome and Opera), hijack homepage and display fake warning message to download potentially unwanted applications like HD Radio Player without even asking for user’s approval. Browser hijacker is actually quite cunning because it can escape the detection of most antivirus programs. Once it arrives at the target machine it starts changing browser settings and displaying a lot of popups and advertising to Internet users. Users will see a different homepage instead of the previous one they set up before, in this case homepage can be changed to Search.searchhdrp.com. And they may keep getting an annoying message asking them to update video player or they may be recommended to download a video player or virus scanner. It’s driving people nuts as they probably never had this problem before. The browser hijacker stops users from browsing the web properly. It not only interrupts user’s browsing activities, but also can create new toolbar or favorites icon on its own trying to link unwary users to malicious website and promote more and more rogue programs.

Remove cyber.police itunes scam from android mobile device

Hi, i was watching regular pornography when all of a sudden a cyber.police pop up ad appeared on my screen completely blocking my access to anything, it said i needed to pay a fine with itunes gift card or something like that which i can buy at a local cvs store, and it said if i do not do so i will be subject to prosecution and all my pictures and storage on my phone will be deleted. It really freaked me out and now I can’t access my phone at all. I almost paid $500 to unlock my phone until I found the pop up was actually a scam. I searched online from my laptop and it seemed many people had the same cyber.police itunes scam blocking Samsung, HTC, LG and ZTE etc. So what should I do now? And if i don’t pay the fine, will i get any trouble and will it really delete data on the phone? I have a lot of important photos and I don’t want to lose them. Please help!

Cyber.Police itunes Scam Blocked Your Cell Phone? Is It Real Or Just A Virus?

Cyber.Police itunes Scam, as known as Cyber Police Virus is categorized as Ransomware, which is a form of malware, works by either holding your entire phone/tablet hostage or by blocking access to Internet browser. The number of the victims is increasing every day because scammers keep creating new scams like this one in order to extort as much money as possible from unwary mobile users. The scam hacks people by taking control of their phone or tablet, and then sending a fake Cyber Police warning and blaming them with a threatening tone that they were being accused of activities against copyright laws, such as viewing or distributing pornography, spam distribution etc. As long as the virus is running, users are not allowed to access the cell phone/tablet anymore. Sometimes they cannot even turn off the device because of the cyber.police itunes scam page which keeps forcing them to pay a fine through itunes gift card, not to mention that they cannot browse the web or access system settings. A lot of people got freaked out and mistakenly paid for the fine because this CYBER POLICE virus page looks so real and it even shows them their IP address, location and other information. Victims are afraid of being caught by the cyber police so they would rather pay the fine, in case of getting involved in those crimes, even if some of them did nothing wrong at all. But paying the fine is not an option to unlock the device because it cannot guarantee that you can exit out the virus page and use your phone soon. The warning blocking the device is merely a scam which is arranged by cyber scammers to steal money from your pocket. Don’t be fooled by it and all you have to do is to get rid of cyber.police itunes scam from android device manually and quickly.

Sweetpacks Toolbar Removal Guide

So, I downloaded a video player for Windows Vista, and the program included a sweetpacks toolbar that I unfortunately didn’t catch while it was installing. Now I’m trying to uninstall the toolbar and it keeps telling me to close all my Internet Explorer browsers, which I have, but the toolbar doesn’t seem to go away. I also notice that my homepage was changed to mysearch.sweetpacks.com and everything on the PC was slow! How do I get rid of the toolbar?

Sweetpacks Toolbar Description:

It usually gets inside the target PC using a deceptive software marketing method called ‘bundling’. This means that you may download the toolbar in a bundle with other freeware and install it by chance. Once running, it alters your default homepage and is likely to route you to unrelated sources, or present you with search results which have nothing to do with your search queries. Also it helps display unrelated advertisements and fake alert messages when you are visiting websites. One should NEVER have sweetpacks toolbar installed on the PC or it will bring many annoyances and even cause fatal damage to the computer system.

While i was watching porn another tab popped up with IP and address?

While i was watching porn another tab popped up with IP and address? It told me that I violated them by possession of child pornography, and told me to pay them via PayPal $500. Now I’m scared as PayPal in Canada is used for charges, claims and fines. Then it said your device is disabled. I was totally freaking out. Thinking that I was gonna get in trouble and gonna go to jail. It also has my contacts. It said if I don’t pay, they are going to contact my phone contacts. They sent me a screenshot to prove. Is this message real? I tried to shut down my tab, but the FBI thing is still there. I can’t do anything on it right now. Can you help me get rid of it? I don’t want to go to jail. Please help.

Brief Description of FBI Online Agent Scam Virus

While i was watching porn another tab popped up with IP and address? It seems about the government alert. FBI Online Agent scam virus is classified as a piece of dangerous ransomware. It is probably the most widely-spread virus from Reveton family of malware. In fact, there are already several variants of it like AFP, U.K. Metropolitan Police, U.S. Department of Justice, cyber crime, ICSPA, CSIS virus, etc. The cyber criminals keep on changing the layout of ransomware so as to trick innocent users into paying non-existing fine. If you receive any message from the police or other law enforcement department like FBI Online Agent, do not trust it. This fake message should not be taken in as it has nothing to do with the law enforcement department. It is just a virus created by the cyber criminals to swindle money out of you by stealing the name of FBI. You ought to note that the police will not collect fine by blocking your mobile device and displaying warning to inform you. If you did violate the law, the police would send you an official document. Commonly, they would just break in your house and arrest you if they had enough evidence. Victims of this scam virus say that they did not do anything that mentioned by the fake message. This is the bug of this scam. It just takes a screenshot of the law items to scare you. The real police will not convict you before they have enough evidence. They will give you a chance to defend yourself. It is totally a scam. Do not pay fine to the criminals because it will not help your blocked device. You must remove this FBI Online Agent scam virus to fix the problem. Read the rest of this post »

Remove usmarshals.gov popup virus from iPhone/iPad

It seems my iPhone has been blocked by the usmarshals.gov popup virus. Yesterday I was just browsing through safari and reading an article that we were assigned to research. Suddenly, a pop-up from usmarshals.gov appeared on my iPad, demanding a fine, claiming that I was watching ‘illegal porn’ and that if I don’t pay them $500 using a prepaid MyVanilla card they will turn over all my information to police. It scared me so much so I turned off my iPad immediately. When I turned it back on, the same pop up came up again! Is this message real or fake? I can’t seem to get rid of it. Why do i get a pop up about us marshal service when i am watching porn? I received a us marshals popup on iPhone demanding money…how do i remove this virus? Any help will be highly appreciated.

What is usmarshals.gov popup and do you know about us marshal service? – Is it real or just a scam?

Now a new mobile virus posing as an U.S. Marshals alert is freezing the Internet on iPhone/iPad and causing many problems to Apple users all over the world. Usually the infected users will be displayed by a shocking usmarshals.gov popup virus that claims the owners have illegal materials on the device or they are detected to look at illegal pornography or download child pornography videos. These ‘illegal’ actions will lead to huge fines and possible jail time, therefore a $500 fine is needed to be paid with My Vanilla card in 72 hours in order to correct the violation. Although the pop up seems real, it is just a fake message to get you pay money – It’s a con game. The U.S. Marshals or whoever would never contact you to tell you that you are in trouble by just simply sending you a pop-up on the web browser. Don’t ever trust any information on this site or even pay the ransom. The pop up is 100% fake and it belongs to Ransomware. It is as similar as Paysafecard virus which is very popular ransomware that also pretends to be the national police or organization and asks people to pay a certain amount of fine in order to unlock the device.
