Remove Websearch.searchingissme.info Virus

My web browser has been hijacked by Websearch.searchingissme.info virus and I need help removing it now. I tried to run Norton scan and it didn’t detect the virus. I’ve seen a few guides on the Internet to remove this virus, but all of them didn’t work. I tried to do a system restore but for some reasons, my computer said I have no restore points so I can’t just roll back everything, unfortunately.
