Trojan:Win32/Alueon.GQ – How to Remove

Help! My new computer is infected by a Trojan named Trojan:Win32/Alueon.GQ. My Avast has detected and removed it, but this Trojan kept coming back when I scan my computer. Why can’t my anti-virus remove this nasty Trojan? Should I remove this virus manually or change another anti-virus? Any help will appreciate.
