Trojan\VBSOD.A virus on my laptop! My dell computer is infected by this Trojan horse after I download and install a program, my anti-virus program is not able to get rid of it, each time when I restart my computer, it keeps appearing! How can I remove this Trojan horse?

My Toshiba laptop has been infected by a browser hijack redirect virus named Static.bestsocialfeed.com, each time when I try to open my homepage as usual, I will be redirected to this Static.bestsocialfeed.com, my homepage has been replaced by this virus completely!
