Redirect Virus Removal

My Toshiba laptop has been infected by a browser hijack redirect virus named, each time when I try to open my homepage as usual, I will be redirected to this, my homepage has been replaced by this virus completely! The Internet Speed becomes very slow so that I can not even use my Internet Explorer at all, my husband helps me install Firefox but how can I remove the virus on the Internet Explorer? (2). Find out and remove the associated files of this browser hijacker virus.
