“Windows Web Shield” Removal Guide

Yesterday I was on Facebook and suddenly Windows Web Shield popped up on my screen. I’ve never had this happen before. It took control of my computer and came up about every 10 minutes interrupting whatever I’m doing on my PC. This program says my computer is seriously infected and keeps pushing me to register the licensed version in order to kill those infections. I am not sure if it is true but I don’t need it at all. I tried to uninstall it from control panel, but I didn’t find it there. How do I uninstall this rogue program from my Dell laptop completely?

Trojan.Gen.SMH Virus Removal

My laptop has been infected by Trojan.Gen.SMH virus while surfing on the Internet. This Trojan horse attacks my computer by passing through the security tools, each time when I try to remove this Trojan horse by anti-virus program, it will keep coming back. I want to do the manual removal but have no idea about it, how can I remove this threat and keep my PC safe? Any help will be appreciated.

JS:Includer-AVD Removal Guide

I scanned my desktop computer yesterday, it shows some malicious virus like JS:Includer-AVD. The scan report said it needs to be removed as soon as possible. But my antivirus seemed not be able to remove it. I tried to delete it several times, but it won’t go away. It always came back to my computer after restart. Should I be concerned about this threat? How to Uninstall StartNow Toolbar?

My Firefox browser has changed to StartNow and I noticed StartNow toolbar suddenly added on the top of the browser. I tried to uninstall it and change my homepage back to Yahoo, but it didn’t work. I search on Google, and it says this is a browser hijacking virus. I run Norton but it found nothing. Also I cleared my cookies and history, nothing worked!! How do I get rid of this annoying StartNow Toolbar?

Is Webinternetsecurity safe and reliable? Is it a good software to use or a browser adware? It was found yesterday. I don’t know if it is good to keep in my computer. I want to get rid of it now but not sure what to do. Can I remove it manually? Could I find removal guide here?
