Hohosearch.com Hijacker Removal

Hi there. My internet homepage changes by itself and I don’t know what to do. Whenever I open IE, it sends me to Hohosearch.com automatically. I try to fix the issue in internet options but when i turn off my computer and turn it back on it changes again, what’s wrong? Is that a virus? Help me please.
