Ads by EnormouSales Removal

My windows laptop started having tons of pop-ups titled with ‘Ads by EnormouSales’ which appeared frequently whenever I go to eBay, Amazon or other shopping websites. I am using Interest Explorer and Windows 7. I checked control panel and no suspicious programs found. I also deleted some unknown add-ons, but the pop ups were still there.
