I am using Interest Explorer and Windows 7. I checked control panel and no suspicious programs found. I also deleted some unknown add-ons, but the pop ups were still there. I ran Malwarebyte and AVG full scan but still no luck. It takes forever to load up a page on IE. What should I do?
