“Go Save” Virus Removal

Hi there. I’ve recently downloaded some font styles from the Internet and found out some programs – I don’t remember installing them. And then whenever I open Google Chrome, it starts showing Go Save ads and my internet is very slow. I have uninstalled all the suspicious application, set my dns to google, reset browser settings and deleted extensions, but I still had the same issue.
