My computer runs very slow recently. I scan the entire system using Norton and then I see a nasty thing named ArcardeGiant. I try to delete it immediately, but after restarting the computer, I find the adware come back again! And computer performance still does not improve at all. It is so disturbing to see it unscrupulously displaying on my screen. What can I do to get rid of it? Can anyone help me out of this trouble? I will be so grateful if any suggestion is provided.

1. Clear all the cookies of your affected browsers.
Click on the “Tools” menu and click the “Clear browsing data” button.
Select “Delete cookies and other site data” to delete all cookies from the list.
Open Internet explorer window
Click the “Tools” button
Point to “safety” and then click “delete browsing history”
Tick the “cookies” box, then click “delete”
Click on Tools, then Options, select Privacy
Click “Remove individual cookies”

2. End the malicious process from Task Manager.

If your system’s CPU spike is constant and remain at a constant 90-95%, users should check from Task Manager and see if there is a suspicious process occupying the system resources and then end it immediately.

3. Show hidden files and folders.
Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.
4. Remove all the malicious files related to ArcardeGiant hijacker manually.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main StartPage
Users can easily get ArcardeGiant adware from downloading free sharing files and free media from many online unknown resources.
