Remove Pop-up Virus

I get pop-up on my new Dell laptop. This redirect virus has infected my Internet Explorer and Google Chrome completely, I try to remove this redirect virus on the control panel, but it will still take over the browsers no matter how many times I have uninstalled it. For Vista, 7 and 8: Press Win+E together, click on Organize, then choose Folder and search options.
b. Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.

4. Open Registry entries. Find out the malicious files and entries of the virus and then delete all.
