Adware Generic5.AJZH Removal Help

AVG keeps picking up Adware Generic5.AJZH on my computer and doesn’t seem to be able to remove it from my computer. I tried to remove it from the AVG Virus Vault but nothing happens no matter I tried to delete the virus file or empty the vault. Is there any way I can get rid of this virus completely?
