How to Remove iPumper Toolbar Virus

How can I remove iPumper toolbar from my Internet Explorer? I get this toolbar on my browser after I install a free music program. Now my computer becomes very bad, what is more, my Internet speed is quite slow as well after this toolbar has taken over my IE. I try to uninstall this toolbar on control panel, but iPumper toolbar is still on my browser. How can I get rid of this toolbar from my PC? Will reset the browser work? Any help will be appreciated.
