Remove JS:Bankfraud-DE [Trj] Virus

I keep getting a message from avast that a threat has been found, it is called JS:Bankfraud-DE [Trj]. Every time I remove it from the computer,  it appears again after every scan.  How do I get rid of this virus from my computer?
