Please help!!! I have Internet Police Department virus on my computer with my concept. It takes over my whole screen and says I have violated law and something like watching porno sites etc, then it asks me to pay a fine to get my computer unblocked. Is it real or just a virus? Do I really need to pay in order to get my PC unlocked? How do I get rid of the lock screen page?
