Manually Remove Funmoods Redirect Scam by Self

Since no antivirus softwares can remove this mess out and the Add/Remove Programs does not work well, it is best to do the job manually. Several steps have been given as below for your consideration:
a. Reboot the infected computer and get into safe mode with networking. When you have pressed the restart button, please keep pressing F8 on your keyboard until a black screen with several commands appears. Then use the arrow keys to select “Safe Mode with Networking” and press E/ENTER;
b. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys on the keyboard or right click on the Taskbar to open the Windows Task Manager;
c. Stop the process: [funmoods toolbar].exe
d. Search for the related files and delete them all:
%AllUsersProfile%\{random}
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\.dll
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\.lnk
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\.exe

e. Open Registry Editor and put Regidit in the blank and then click search. Remove all these following registry entries:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “.exe”
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Funmoods Toolbar
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\[random]
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\funmoods toolbar
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Regedit32

f. Reboot the computer again to get into the normal mode.
