Trojan:Win32/Sefnit.AS – How to Remove

I keep getting a message from Windows Defender saying my computer is infected with Trojan:Win32/Sefnit.AS virus. Every time I remove it from the computer, it appears again after I restart my computer. It seems that Microsoft is not able to catch this virus  now.
