Trojan.Win32.Mal.gen!b3 Virus Removal

One of my family computer gets Trojan.Win32.Mal.gen!b3 Trojan horse virus infection when I try to view a spam E-mail attachment, my security tools warns me this virus infection and removes the virus immediately, but when I restart my computer, this Trojan horse will be detected by the anti-virus program again.
