Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy Removal Help

Hi there. I am in need of assistance with removing Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy virus from my computer. It is driving me crazy!! I cannot open any programs or get online due to this virus because everything I tried to open, it says it is already infected and needs me to pay a program first. I already have Symantec internet security software and I don’t need anything else.
