Hi there. I am not a computer savvy and I really need help removing a Trojan. I got a warning from AVG yesterday that my computer had a Trojan Horse Agent3.AWLF. I immediately did a scan and AVG was able to remove a registry file but not the system32\driver\acpi.sys file that had been infected as it is a system file. I checked online for anything I could do and some advice involved deleting files and registry keys manually, but I am afraid I cannot do it myself. Anyone had the same issue before?
