Remove Searchnu.com/410 Redirect Virus

I have an annoying issue on my computer. http://www.searchnu.com/410 shows up as my home page now and I cannot remove it.  I tried to eliminate it from firefox menus, but it didn’t work. It is still there and my antivirus detects nothing. How can I get rid of Searchnu.com/410 from my computer?
