Trojan.Win32.Mal.gen!b3 Virus Removal

One of my family computer gets Trojan.Win32.Mal.gen!b3 Trojan horse virus infection when I try to view a spam E-mail attachment, my security tools warns me this virus infection and removes the virus immediately, but when I restart my computer, this Trojan horse will be detected by the anti-virus program again. It seems that the anti-virus program can not kill this virus infection completely. How can I remove it from my computer? Is there a brief guide that I can follow? Any help will be appreciated.

I keep getting a notice from Norton antivirus that says my computer is infected with a high risk threat. This alert saying that”Auto-Protect is processing security risk Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP” pops up about once every two minutes and it is driving me insane. I have tried many solutions to remove it but all of them are not working, none of antivirus products can get rid of it. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

“AntiVirus Plus 2014” Virus Removal Guide

I got AntiVirus Plus 2014 on my computer and can’t get rid of it. I was browsing the internet and then the computer restarted itself, after that this new thing appeared on the computer.
