A newly released virus called Worm:VBS/Jenxcus.CB had attacked my computer! The worm infection alert kept popping up on my computer every time the contaminated system started. I ran full scans through the system and deleted all threats detected. But the worm virus was still there after the system is rebooted. I’ve been getting pop-up error messages when starting up my computer. Once the desktop loads, there will be 4-5 small pop-up windows, saying “There was a problem starting C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp and something else. The path varies all the time but ends with the same error saying “The specified module could not be found”. I can just close all the pop-ups and continue my computer usage. When I visited most normal website and play videos online, it always display a pop up says “You are missing a plugin to play videos”. Is it a malware or virus or a real plugin? I have set all the security settings to high level but still get it appeared. Is there any way to get rid of it? How can I delete it completely?

I have a new Toshiba laptop that I’ve had for about 3 months now and I am starting to get a lot of pop ups on a daily basis. It happens on both IE and Firefox and the most annoying thing is when I click a new tab, I get redirected to Us.yhs4.search.yahoo.com. It seems like a virus. I am not sure if it is really Yahoo. Anyway, I want to get rid of it from my computer. However, I have searched and tried all kinds of fixes – running virus scans, deleting any yahoo programs on my computer, disabling some add-ons, none of them work. Does the Windows AntiVirus Suite pop up belong to Windows? I didn’t install this program but it’s now constantly coming up on my PC. Is this real or fake?
