Hey, there. Computer was attacked by Trojan.Mambashim after I installed a game from a website. My computer is freezing now. What should I do? Can antivirus tool remove this virus? The answer is no! I did a full scan with AVG Free 2014, and it detected Trojan Horse Generic_r.EJI in several files including dllhost.exe, dpnsvr.exe, regsvr32.exe, and numerous others in Windows\SysWOW64. AVG could not remove the virus as it keeps coming back. What should I do? I really need this virus gone. Please help.

For some reasons, my web browser is fully taken over by Search.bytefence.com hijacker. It will not allow me to conduct a search on Google or any other engines. I use Firefox and now every time I go online, there are tons of ads interrupting my online activities. I ran a quick scan, then a full scan with Malwarebytes, and it identified 2 items, got rid of them (I think). Problem is still not fixed. I tried to change my browser settings but it didn’t help at all. It is very frustrating. Any suggestions?

I have an iPhone. Yesterday I accidentally clicked a link on an inappropriate website and all of a sudden a message popped up saying that I had to pay 500$ within 24 hours or I would be persecuted for violating some rights or whatever and charged as a criminal. It was just a plane white page and it even gave me my location. I was scared to death and then I searched online, fortunately I found it was just a virus. The javascript fine warning blocked my Internet and I can’t leave the page or minimize it so I am unable to get online now. How do I get rid of the locked page and remove the virus completely?
“Javascript Fine Warning Virus” is a general name used to indicate a bunch of Ransomware that uses Javascript to hijack user’s web browser such as Safari or Chrome and then ask for a ransom. It is a little bit different from the previous Ransomware which disguises itself as Flash Player app for Android and blocks everything on the phone. This one is just used to block one’s Internet access. Nevertheless, both types of Ransomware are sharing the same goal, which is to scare innocent users and extort their money.

Hi, i am having troubles with a paysafecard virus on my Samsung S8. My Samsung S8 has the dumb FBI Paysafecard virus child porn scam on it and i can’t even turn off my phone to restart it. I’m not a computer expert at all i know some of the basic but i don’t know anything about the phone area. I would really like help! I need to take care of this right away before all of my friends and family become affected. I should say infected. I got a message saying that my phone has been blocked for viewing child pornography contents and violating copyright and related right laws so I need to pay £100 via Paysafecard or Ukash to unlock my phone. It really freaked me out and now I can’t access my phone at all except for inputting the Paysafecard code. I tried to exit the blocked page but it didn’t give me any chance to get into settings even after restart. The blocked pop up had my IP address, city and my picture. It said if I don’t pay, I will be fined or sent to jail. I am really scared and I have never done anything illegal before. I searched online and found many people had the same problem before. I understand it is a virus used by hackers to try and obtain personal and financial information for fraudulent purposes. But I can’t remove this Paysafecard Virus from my cell phone. I am using Samsung S5 if that matters. Please help!
