Do-search.com Redirect Removal

For some reasons, my browser is hijacked by Do-search.com redirect and I cannot get rid of it. It changes my homepage on both IE and Firefox. No matter how many times i go into my settings and want to change it back, it won’t allow me to do that. Running security tool cannot help at all.
