Dnsbasic.com Redirect Removal

I need help! Dnsbasic.com has hijacked my browser. I try to remove this browser hijack redirect from my Firefox, but it keeps coming back even I uninstall it from the control panel. How can I remove it without coming back? Will this virus infect my Internet Explorer as well?

Dnsbasic.com is a malicious webpage that can provide unknown links on its website, this virus is created by the hijackers to collect information from the victims’ computers.
