Digstar Redirect Virus Removal

Help! I got this terrible browser hijack redirect. I have no idea how can this website take over my browser. I tried to get rid of it by my anti-virus program but failed. Is there anything that I can do so that I can remove this Digstar hijack? Any help will appreciate.
