How can i get trovi off of safari? Trovi wont let me search anything else on my computer and also won’t let me update on my app store on my computer, i can but very limited to websites. For example I can google something, but it won’t let me go onto the website on google. I got a Macbook Air a few months ago and about a few weeks ago I started getting annoying pop-up ads on Safari and it suddenly changed my default homepage from Google to Trovi.com. I searched on the Internet and found that Trovi was a piece of adware – perhaps it’s even a virus. Now I cannot change my homepage anyway and the ads are quite annoying. The problem appeared when I was asked to download a Java Update before. I downloaded Mackeeper to solve the problem but it didn’t work at all. I am not good at computers. How do I get rid of trovi virus on a macbook completely?
