  59. art says:

I got it doing websearch for software. It asks for 300 and locks the pc immediately after booting. not enough time to run any scan pros. safe mode does not help, still locks up quickly. …..

  60. terry says:

had this happen to me last night. I tried to follow the guidelines in fixing it in safemode, couldn’t do it the way they said it for some reason. Then I rebooted the thing like a billion times and then in safemode it locked up also and I couldn’t get into task manager. I tricked it the final time by going back to normal mode and going to task manager super fast and deleting one of its processes. So then I was able to unlock it and get up with a chat support person and he took remote access of my PC and got rid of the virus. My advice is just keep rebooting your PC enough times to where it unlocks and make sure you are NOT connected to the Internet when you do this because I think they record your IP address and somehow block your IP address from accessing the Internet maybe. No Internet no harm done right?

  61. Dark Prince says:

Got this virus, was very freaky. Thought the fed would show up. Its simple to remove, go in safe mode and use any type of anti-virus, free ones work very well like malware-bytes. Use it for years, Removed quickly. It embeds in the system32 pathway then in the startup files. Similar to the PC Security Center trojan a couple years ago. Very crafty. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Scared me and my wife to death.
