How to Remove Win32/OpenCandy Virus

I need help!! MSE can’t remove Win32/OpenCandy on Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit. Unfortunately everytime I try to remove it, MSE starts the removal process but never completes it. It just freezes. I am not a computer wiz. How do I get rid of Win32/OpenCandy Virus?
