Hey, there. The Christmas day is around the corner. But I am in a bad mood as my computer is infecting now. I am getting a pop up again and again. It is called Shoppers-voice.com pop-up ads. Kaspersky alert keeps popping up and saying “Active malicious software detected.” “Trojan.Multi.RegRun.ba” but I have no way to get rid of it. When I selected “Yes, disinfect with reboot” and “Do not run” at various times, but within minutes, the error returns, whether it did the reboot scan or not. My computer got a nasty Trojan named Win32/IRCBot.NHR yesterday. I did a scan on my computer with my security tool but it cannot get rid of this Trojan virus. Now the computer runs extremely slow and numerous ads pop up when I surf the internet. I am so worried about my computer as it may be ruined by this virus. Over the past couple of weeks, AVG has identified a virus that it is unable to remove. I have been getting the exact pop up from AVG saying that “Virus identified Win64/Patched.C” with “c:\Windows\System32\rpcss.dll”. This virus keeps coming up as an AVG security threat which cannot be removed. I have run Malwarebytes either but it was unable to remove it too. I searched on the web and it said the virus should be removed manually. Also I am getting pop ups and random ads on google chrome. Are these pop ups most likely being caused by this virus and if so, how do I get rid of it for good if AVG cannot actually delete them?
