Hey, there. My computer is infected by a malicious Trojan which is named Trojan.Multi.Cerstor.a. Lots of troubles occur after its installation. I feel so angry and annoy on this vicious infection. I don’t know how I get this Trojan into my computer. But I can’t remove it with my antivirus tool. How terrible it is! I don’t know what to do now. It is said manual removal method can remove this virus completely and permanently. But how should I get rid of this virus by manual? Can anyone help me to do this? Thanks!

Hello, I need help fixing my computer. I must have downloaded something by accident and now this crappy Lucky Search has become my main webpage. Also whenever I start a new tab, Luckysearches.com comes up, and I can’t seem to get rid of it. I use Firefox and I have tried getting rid of it, but I have no luck. Usually, my computer worked so fast. But last night after I installed a computer game, then a few hours later, while I was playing games so frequently, my computer began to stuck and freeze. It was so strange. I turned off the computer and I thought it would back to normal this morning. However, things went worse. This morning I did a scan on my computer. Lots of threats were found. My computer has been infected by Adware Generic6.QJC virus. I’ve tried using AVG Internet Security (the program which detected the virus) but it still keeps coming back. Hello, my antivirus (Avira) found a virus called TR/Trash.gen in a non existent folder and when I try to remove it, it comes back again and again. I also ran Malwarebytes multiple times and other cleaners it continues to pop up with Arira warning message. How do I get rid of this virus? Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you.
