Hello, it is a Google access failure that i have. It says something as bellows:

I have no idea what is wrong with it. I am sure it has nothing to do with Internet connection and computer performance because i could use the search engine well in the USA before i arrived in Shanghai province of China just one day ago. And i have checked the internet connection already. It is good. What is the matter with it? Do you guys have any idea about it? Is it possible to get it fixed and how? Thanks.
