Hi there. I’m having a lot of trouble removing a Trojan that’s slowing down my laptop. I ran a scan with AVG free 2015 earlier and then I received notification that AVG detected Trojan Horse Crypt5.efx. So I chose the “Remove” option which is recommended and then it told me “Access is Denied”. I cannot get rid of the virus. The alert keeps popping up every few minutes. It is really frustrating!
