I get a warning from AVG saying that “Trojan horse BackDoor.Generic17.AOE, c:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1390067357-448539723-839522115-1003\$817309843c0ec617fdb1119bf659a620\n”  It says the Process is C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe.  When I try to fix it, it fails, telling me that it cannot access the file.
